01 · Scope
Scope — Site, Service, controller vs Customer Data
This Privacy Policy applies to the Vectoree website and Service operated by VECTOREE INC., Singapore. For account, billing contact, and marketing data we act as a controller. Customer Data that you or your agents store or process in your projects is processed by us as a processor under a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) when one applies, and is not governed solely by this Policy’s controller sections.

Information we collect
We collect information you provide (account and organization profile, billing contacts, support and Feedback messages), information from third parties you connect (for example SSO providers or payment processors such as Stripe), and information collected automatically when you use the Service (device and browser data, IP address, logs, and approximate location).
03 · Agents
AI agent and platform data
When you use agents, APIs, or the gateway, we process usage metadata needed to operate the Service — for example request timing, model routing labels, token or credit consumption, error codes, and configuration identifiers. Prompt and file contents are processed to fulfill your requests according to your product settings and retention controls in the Service.

How we use information
We use information to provide, operate, and improve the Service; authenticate users; bill for usage or wallet credits; secure accounts; prevent abuse and fraud; communicate about the Service; and comply with applicable law.

How we share information
We share information with infrastructure and subprocessors, payment providers, and model or integration providers solely to run inference or connected features you request. We may disclose information for legal process, safety, or a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies for session continuity, preferences, security, and product analytics (including tools such as PostHog). Essential cookies are required for login and abuse prevention.

Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of account-related personal data subject to legal and operational exceptions; Customer Data retention follows your project settings and any DPA.

Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Service, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents through Feedback on vectoree.ai or your account workspace.
09 · Rights
Your privacy rights and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Submit requests via Feedback on vectoree.ai (/feedback) or your account workspace; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
10 · Transfers
International transfers
VECTOREE INC. is based in Singapore and processes data in Singapore and in other regions where our service providers operate. Where required for transfers from the EEA, UK, or similar jurisdictions, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
11 · Children
Children’s privacy
The Service is directed to adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or a higher age required in your region). If you believe a child provided information, contact us via Feedback and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes and contact
